Recently treated a few patients with pneumonia diagnosis. Tried with antibiotics, bronchodilator, mucolytic and antihistamine but the respiratory flu seems barely clear off. Some said maropitant(Cerenia) can work for reduce flu, how's efficacy of the drug typically in pneumonia?
