Before the surgery
Prolonged retention of deciduous tooth
- The canine tooth on the lower jaw was contacting the lips.
- Tried surgery-first approach for occlusion adjustment.
Confirmed that the root apex is not closed.

After the surgery
Checked the occlusion after the extubation. Took a picture for a record.
-> Revisited after 2 weeks and checked the occlusion when the crown is erupted.
-> If necessary, perform the surgery again.
