A case presented with a distended abdomen with hair loss from all over the body along with white dots in all over body seems like deposition of some white powder overall looks like pot bellied condition. Auscultation done to confirm any ascites condition but confirmed that it is not ascites and apparently it was observed that swollen liver Panting was also observed and also tachypnea and tachycardia noticed. Owner has noticed about the frequent urination and also appetite is normal and frequent water intake This is overall case presentation I have Do comment on diagnosis and how to approach in this condition
