The cow is presented with this peculiar posture since 3 days. The rectal temperature is 102°F. The animal have been examined per-rectally, where findings are not suggestive of pyometra or metritis. Blood works are negative for blood protozoa. The animal have calved 20 days back. She have not responded to the treatment of hypocalcaemia and ketosis. She is suffering from inappetence. No further lab tests or diagnostic tests are available due to infrastructural limitation. Please put your views on tentative diagnosis and treatmen.
