I have a patient who was diagnosed with melanoma from gums to lips in the mouth. The result of X-lay was; - Lung metastasis (-) - osteolysis (-) - metastasis on lymph nodes (-) I am currently administrating the coxib NSAIDs sid. What anticancer medicine is better in this case? (Melanoma vaccine is not available in my region.)
