My friend had asked about his cat (signalment as mentioned) with acute epitaxis, left eye squint, tongue sticking out, inappetant and progressive weight loss. I figured something inside the nose was being insulted (foreign body, masses, heatstroke, infectious perhaps fungal) or periodontal disease that’s caused ascending infection. Her history is CKD. I’ve two questions: 1. What ddx would fit most if not all of these symptoms? 2. Any home remedy that can be done before she goes to the vet? Your opinions are highly appreciated!!
