Hello doctors (!?) : I think we all entered this platform for the sake of learning and for each other to benefit from each other. It is unfortunate and sad to see so much silly, ridiculous, and repulsive comments that have no meaning. Only collect points to enter the top 20. I think the managers of this platform should change the way they collect points. For example, side comments should be given 0 points and deleted. The management of the site must intervene to put an end to this disgraceful behavior. Best Regards.
