Please teach me about differentiating bacteria

We performed gram staining in a severe case of ear discharge. Our diagnoses are: Green arrow: gram-positive cocci Yellow arrow: gram-negative bacilli Do you think the bacteria shown with red arrows are filamentous fungi? How would you select antibiotics for cases like this? We've already asked for a bacterial culture test. To be honest, I've only started gram staining very recently, and I'm aware of how basic my question is, but please give me some advice.
