A rare and interesting case of co-infection with Anaplasma and Ehrlichia in Dog

A 2 year old German Shepard dog was brought to the clinic with the history of inappetence for the past 2-3 months, vomiting once in a while (once or twice a week), gradually losing weight, passing pasty watery stool, been treating from other vets but no significant improvement in the condition. Clinical observation:- 1. Animal appears to be emaciated 2. M.M- pale 3. MLN- NAD 4. PLN- swollen 5. Temperature - 101.7 degree F Haematology report CBC, and biochemical analysis are given in photographs How will you treat this case?
