A case of cheyletielosis in Dog
Cheyletielosis is a skin disease caused by infestation with Cheyletiella mites that live on the skin surface of dogs, cats and rabbits. It is also known as "walking dandruff" due to skin scales being carried by the mites. Symptoms vary from no signs to intense itching, irritation, hair loss and skin lesions -usually on the back of the animal, particuraly between the scapulae. What's your way to manage this?
