External otitis with multi-drug resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa infection

Medications: Easotic Medical history: External otitis (treated with Osurnia) I would like to have your opinion on a case of external otitis with Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection. This patient is fine with care at our clinic but gets very aggressive and even bites when something unpleasant (like ear treatment) is done at home. Since giving eardrops is impossible at home, we used Osurnia to treat external otitis in the past and it proved effective. This time the same treatment wasn't very effective so we performed an antibiotic susceptibility test. The otitis has gotten better with rinsing and Easotic, but what is the ideal treatment when the susceptibility test shows positive only for Gentamycin (medicine without oral drugs)? Are combined medications that include Gentamycin like Easotic, Mometaotic or Otomax acceptable? Are Gentamycin eye drops acceptable?
