A case of Canine distemper with serious illness

5 months old female dog weighing 8.650 kg with a history of hind limbs parasis, animal was inappetentbefore this, pustules in the abdomen, jerky moving of the right forelimb, purulent ocular discharge, not vaccinated. -Temperature -103.4 F -Pain reflex of the hind limb- present -MM-congested -PLN Swollen -MLN- bit swollen Tentative diagnosis- canine distemperLine of treatment 1. Melonex plus injectionSig -0.9 ml 1/M stat 2. NS infusion Sig-200 ml I/V bid 3. Xone injection-500 mg Sig-1.3 ml ( 130 mg) I/V bid x 7 days 4. PrednisoloneinjectionSig-1 ml I/M bid x 7 days followed by tapering dose 5. Pantop injection-40 mg Sig- 2.2 ml I/V bid x5 days 6. Neurokind injection Sig-1.5 ml 1/V od x 5 days 7. Gardenal tablet- 60 mg Sig-1 tablet bid x 7 days ( followed by tapering dose) 8. Immuno med Sig-1 tsf per oral bid x 21 days
