Cat / Mix - Asked 186 days ago
My cat was brought to the vet earlier. This has been the second time he got on catheter. The first one was July last year. He has been eating RC S/O since then per the vet's advise. The vet told me that his condition might be hereditary. She said that there are sediments found in his bladder. Is there a chance that this might recur again? Is surgery the only option? Also, can you please advise how we'll be able to make him take both his liquid and pill meds? He's a big cat weighing 9.2kg, we're trying to put him in a diet. He'll be 4 on October 25. Thank you.
