An LCP-plate is used. A screw is inserted from the distal end of the fracture site. (The screw is 2 mm longer than the cortical bone on the body side) If there is a C-arm etc., the alignment should be confirmed with the C-arm etc. when the screw is inserted distally and proximally. When using a locking plate, it is better to use as few screws as possible.
